Three males and one female are in custody after their suites were searched for drugs and weapons.

During the evening of November 14, 2019, members of the North District Community Support Unit, with the assistance of the Central District Community Support Unit, the Guns & Gangs Unit and Tactical Support Team, executed Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Criminal Code search warrants at two suites of a residence in the 300 block of Toronto Street.

The investigation has led to the seizure of numerous items, including the following: A sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun, four 12-gauge shotgun shells, a machete, soft body armour, approximately 7 ounces of methamphetamine  with an estimated street value of $4,200, drug packaging materials, a digital scale contaminated with a substance believed to be drug residue, and $3,900 in cash.

Two men, ages 45 and 46-years-old, and one woman, 20, were detained in custody. A 16-year-old male was released on a promise to appear.
