Crews are on the scene of a North End street, asking the public to stay clear of the area.

Officers with the Winnipeg Police Service are on the corner of Stella Avenue and McGregor Street Wednesday morning. They say they arrived at approximately 7 a.m., responding to suspicious circumstances.

Police are now investigating.

They are asking the public to stay clear of the area as they require room to work.
