After a great finish to last season, the Providence women's soccer team got another boost yesterday.

On Friday, July 21, Selina Steiger signed a letter of intent with Providence University College. She will be studying Business Administration.

Steiger graduated from Northlands Parkway Collegiate in Winkler, while also playing for the Winnipeg SC Hurricanes.

"I have watched Selina the past two years and have wanted to sign her," said head coach Tory Walker in a release. "She brings explosive speed, great touch, and, most importantly, great character to our team."

Steiger says she is excited to play for the Pilots and looks forward to growing as a group with her teammates.
