Six adults are facing charges after RCMP uncovered illegal drugs and weapons inside a God's Lake Narrows residence.

The North District Crime Reduction Enforcement Support Team and Police Dog Services joined forces to execute a search warrant for a God's Lake Narrows home.

Once arriving, authorities discovered large amounts of methamphetamine which police believe was for the purpose of trafficking, drug paraphilia, and many weapons.

Authorities seized the items and are charging four men and two women with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Weapons for Dangerous Purpose and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

"The RCMP remains fully committed to enforcing laws against illicit drugs to their fullest extent as those who produce and traffic illicit drugs destroy lives, homes and communities," RCMP Manitoba says in a statement.
