Several schools are closed Thursday morning as an Alberta clipper makes its way through the province making for a treacherous morning commute.

The system continues to drop light snow across southern and central Manitoba. Up to 15 centimetres of snow is expected in Winnipeg, with higher amounts in western Manitoba.

Inside the city, roads are snow-covered and slippery. Outside of Winnipeg, highways are snow and ice-covered. Strong winds are also causing reduced visibility and snow drifts.

You can find a full list of closures and cancellations on the Road Reports and Cancellations page.
