Anne Wilson has a new single out that is featured in the highly-anticipated film Jesus Revolution.
"I love to create and write songs, especially ones that truly speak to me," says Wilson in a recent interview. "After watching the new Jesus Revolution movie, I was deeply inspired by its message and its ability to reignite my own faith journey, which led us to write ‘Living Water.’"
Wilson was recently nominated for a Grammy award for her album My Jesus.
"I hope it’s a testament to the transformative power of music and I pray that it will touch your heart in a profound way," says Wilson on Facebook.
Jesus Revolution will be released on February 24 nationwide in theatres and features Jonathan Roumie, the actor who portrays Jesus in The Chosen TV series, as a hippie-lover on fire for Jesus. The film also stars Kelsey Grammer of Frasier.
On February 5 Wilson performed her new song 'Living Water' for the first time at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena with clips of the movie playing on the screen behind.
