Vaccinations

A fall campaign will begin, looking to immunize students in schools.

"This will help reduce barriers and bridge gaps in vaccine uptake among youth.," the province says in a statement.

It will be for the approved age group of those who are 12-17 years old.

As of Monday morning, 80.5 per cent of eligible Manitobans have received their first COVID-19 vaccine, and 72.9 per cent their second dose.

An earlier statement from the province said 14 people were no longer infectious. This has since been corrected.
