A motor vehicle collision is resulting in a road closure and causing unexpected delays.

Manitoba infrastructure says the Westbound Perimeter is currently closed due to the collision.

Medical vehicles and emergency crews are currently on the scene.

There is no word on anyone involved, or what caused the accident.

Delays are building up quickly in the area while emergency crews respond.
