Gimli RCMP are thanking the public for their assistance as a 14-year-old girl has now been found. 

Patience Courchene has been safely located. The Manitoba RCMP thanks the public and media for their assistance.

Gimli RCMP is searching for a missing female teen and is asking the public for their assistance. 

On July 18, 2022, at approximately 1:50 pm, Gimli RCMP received a report of a missing 14-year-old female from Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba. Patience Courchene was last seen at her home at 5:00 am on July 17, when her family member left for work. She was last heard from via text message at 1:40 pm on July 17.

Courchene is described as 5’5” tall, 130 pounds, with straight, shoulder-length dark brown hair, and brown eyes. She has crooked teeth and wears glasses, but she didn’t take the glasses with her when she left her home.

It is believed she may be in Winnipeg. Police and her family are concerned for her well-being.
