Another potential exposure on a Winnipeg transit bus has been reported.

According to Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living, a Winnipeg Transit passenger who may have possibly exposed others to COVID-19 rode a city bus on Wednesday, Oct. 21.

The passenger rode route 11 between 1 and 2 p.m., boarding at a Bell MTS Place bus stop and exiting the bus at City Hall.

The City says Winnipeg Transit addresses possible exposures as they are made aware of them. The process includes cross-referencing scheduling information and notifying any identified operators who may have been driving potentially affected busses to ensure appropriate follow-up measures are taken if needed.

Residents are reminded to visit a testing site as soon as possible should they begin showing symptoms of COVID-19.
