Police in Winnipeg says their military counterparts are asking for help finding someone who went to a military function at CFB Winnipeg -- 30 years ago.
City police say in a tweet the event occurred between November and December 1991.
It's unclear why the Canadian Forces National Investigation Service is seeking to identify the man now.
Police describe him as white, 19-20 years of age, with blue or grey eyes, a thin but muscular build, with short dirty blonde hair, acne scars and a fairly strong jaw line.
