A section of Harrow Street will be closed for two weeks beginning on Monday. From October 27 to November 10, all northbound and southbound lanes, along with the southbound painted bike lane between Jessie Avenue to Warsaw Avenue, will be closed for gas work. The City is asking motorists to plan ahead and use alternate routes.
